Regarding our stock: Some lines are not available throughout the year, however, we will keep you informed of stock availability.
Processing your order: From the time we recieve your order we need about five to seven days to process, assemble and pack your order.
Trading terms: We would like to remind our customers of our terms of trading..
Approved customers (those with established credit records): 30 days from issue of invoice.
New customers: First three orders - Pro forma. After an approved credit application - 30 days from date of invoice.
Minimum order: $200.00. Credit limit: $500.00 or as otherwise agreed.
All returns strictly 7 days from delivery.
Late payments will attract a 2% accountancy fee on invoices. Payment can be made by cheque, via bank account, or by credit card payment (VISA/Bankcard accepted)
Despatching of your order: Goods will be forwarded by (STAR TRACK) Australia wide to all major cities within Australia. We will gladly assist where ever possible if you request any other form of freight. Freight and on-forwarding cost will be added to your invoice.
GST: 10% GST will be added to all produts and will be shown on the invoice as a separate and additional charge on all purchases.
